Electrical/MSR Master Technician

CropEnergies stands for sustainable, renewable products from biomass and is part of the Südzucker Group. Permanent full-time position in Zeitz.

• Top priority is occupational safety – implementing the "Vision Zero" in the safety strategy
• Leading the electrical and MSR department
• Support and responsibility for the process control system of Cropenergies Bioethanol GmbH
• Taking on the role of senior responsible electrician (VEFK)
• Organizing maintenance and fault clearing on electrical and measuring systems
• Independent management of electrical repairs and installations
• Carrying out maintenance projects
• Participating in investment projects
• Cost-conscious and timely execution of the above work
• Compliance with and organization of statutory inspection requirements
• Spare parts procurement

• Solid training as a master craftsperson or technician in electrical engineering
• Switching authorization up to 36kV
• Knowledge of process control system ABB 800xA, Freelance 2000 and Fieldcontroller AC800F
• Experience with fieldbus systems, especially Profibus DP and PA
• Understanding and experience in parameterizing and configuring frequency converters, soft starters and Simocode control modules
• Knowledge of maintaining electrical switchgear and electrical machines
• Knowledge of handling EX systems
• Leadership skills
• Independent and performance-oriented way of working
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Several years of professional experience
