As an Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems, you work on the electronic inner workings of medical devices. Your work starts with the smallest parts: electronic components such as microchips and more, up to the finished circuit board. You need imagination, a lot of finesse and a careful working style. In your training, you will learn to manufacture components, devices and systems. You can be deployed in production, for example, where you will be involved in assembling, wiring, testing and repairing X-ray machines. Or you will work on prototypes – and install electronic components in devices that have just been newly developed.

Attendance at vocational school in Erlangen. Practical assignments in specialist departments at the Erlangen and Forchheim locations. Tailored internal training. 2-week English-language trip abroad in Europe (from the 2nd year of training).
