Dual Master's Degree in Business Management (MBA) in Human Resources - Erlangen

Part-time master's programme in Business Management (MBA) at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg with practical assignments in Human Resources at Siemens Healthineers in Erlangen. The programme teaches in-depth knowledge of corporate management, value chain optimisation and analysis and control methods. Study start: 1 September 2027, duration: 18 months. Lectures take place in Nuremberg on Friday afternoons and Saturdays; in the 3rd semester you focus on your master's thesis.

• You support our team in shaping forward-looking HR work and work on strategic topics around talent management, leadership development and organisational development.
• You use modern AI applications and digital technologies to analyse data, gain insights and prepare presentations and well-founded decision papers.
• You contribute to strategic HR topics and support the planning and preparation of workshops, leadership meetings and management formats.

• Completed bachelor's degree in business administration, management, business education, digital business/computer science, psychology or a comparable programme
• At least one year of work experience (e.g. through internships or working student jobs)
• Enthusiasm for human resources, shown by first practical HR experience and international or intercultural work experience
• Strong affinity for data analysis, digitalisation and artificial intelligence as well as first experience using AI tools; confident with Excel and PowerPoint
• Very good German and English, written and spoken
• Structured, independent way of working, quick grasp, reliability and high motivation to get into new topics
• Passion for healthcare
