Inside Sales Support Employee at an Insurance Agency

SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for an office-based employee for an insurance agency in Lüdenscheid. You handle customer inquiries, contracts and claims, and organize the office.

• Receiving and handling customer inquiries: by phone, email or in person, including information on existing contracts, claim reports, contract changes etc.
• Correspondence with customers: creating quotes, contract documents, confirmations and other documents.
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments: organizing customer appointments with field staff or in the office.
• Contract administration: recording and maintaining contract data, monitoring payments, processing cancellations and contract changes.
• Claims handling: supporting the processing of claims, communicating with assessors and workshops.
• Document management: archiving and managing customer documents and contracts.
• Office organization: general administrative tasks such as handling mail, phone service, ordering supplies, etc.

• A completed apprenticeship as an insurance clerk (m/f/d)
• Strong service orientation, enjoyment of communication, commitment and personal responsibility
