We work on identifying new technologies, ideas and business models early, assessing their impact on the insurance industry and making them usable – for our group and our customers. In doing so, we evaluate new trends and technologies, develop new business models and enable collaboration with startups through our Venture Client approach.

• Market research and analysis of forward-looking trends and technologies (especially AI topics)
• Creation of presentations, knowledge nuggets, databases
• Support in evaluation, conception, implementation of startup cooperations and innovative projects (in exchange with experts from the tech scene and business units)
• Support in planning, organization and execution of event formats (e.g. workshops, networking events, internal formats)

• are ambitious and have very good academic performance in a tech-related degree program (e.g. Business Informatics)
• have ideally already gained initial practical experience in an innovation environment, e.g. at a corporate innovation unit, a management consultancy, a VC or a startup
• think and act entrepreneurially and are characterized by ownership and the willingness to jump in at the deep end
• are convinced that technologies are part of the solution and bring corresponding interest in new trends and a good understanding of technology
• can quickly and independently familiarize yourself with complex topics
• are strong in communication and can inspire different people with your ideas
• possess fluent German and English skills in word and writing
