The training focuses on customer contact, advice and the sale of financial products through in-person and digital channels. Sales training, specialist seminars and insights into various company departments complement the practical programme. It lasts two years with a subject-specific higher education entrance qualification or Abitur, or three years with an intermediate school-leaving certificate; outstanding performance may allow a shorter programme.
