Dual Study Program in Business Administration and Service Management, Specialization in Sports Management (B.A.) 2027

Three-year dual study program with the City of Konstanz in its Education and Sports Office. You will help shape the framework for sports in the city and contribute to the organization, promotion and development of sports programs and facilities.

Communicate with sports clubs and sports groups in Konstanz; manage and develop municipal sports facilities and plan their use; plan and implement municipal events such as sports award ceremonies; promote sports development; support municipal sports events and help develop sports infrastructure.

Admission requirements for the dual study program at DHBW Stuttgart, such as general higher education entrance qualification or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification with a passed Delta examination; enthusiasm for sports; interest in organizing and developing sports; interest in business administration, marketing, communication and event management; enjoyment of working with different people and organizations; category B driving license is an advantage; very good spoken and written German and confident communication skills.

Training pay of €1,368 in the first year, €1,418 in the second year and €1,464 in the third year; possible 12-month employment after successful completion; €400 bonus after passing the final examination; employee events; annual special payment in November; public transport job-ticket subsidy; workplace health promotion including company fitness with Epassi.
