Dual Study Program in Surveying/Geoinformatics as a Surveying Senior Inspector Trainee 2027

Combined dual study program with a bachelor's degree in surveying or geoinformatics and civil-service career training. After a four-week compulsory internship, you complete a seven-semester degree at Bochum University of Applied Sciences and practical training phases with the City of Solingen and other authorities.

Collect, analyze and visualize spatial data for maps, 3D models and geoinformation applications; complete practical training with the City of Solingen and other authorities; apply surveying, cadastral and general administrative law in the career examination.

Preference for mathematics and strong technical understanding; enjoyment of working with coordinates and data; systematic and careful working style; planning and organizational skills; communication and teamwork skills; social and intercultural competence; university entrance qualification, full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or equivalent qualification; citizenship of an EU member state; compliance with the career-service age limits under Section 14 LBG NRW.
