During the theoretical part of the studies at the University of Police and Public Administration Cologne, you will learn:
• legal foundations of administrative informatics
• special foundations of administrative informatics
• fundamentals of IT and software architecture
• business fundamentals, e.g. cost and performance law and personnel management
