Three-year apprenticeship as an automotive management clerk, with exposure to customer conversations, vehicle sales, scheduling, accounting and the parts, accessories and workshop areas.

Taking part in customer conversations; preparing vehicle sales; supporting scheduling and accounting; learning about parts and accessories as well as workshop operations; gaining insight into the business processes of a car dealership.

Good intermediate secondary school certificate or upper secondary qualification; good German skills at approximately C1 level; good mathematics skills; reliable and responsible working style; customer and service orientation; willingness to learn; teamwork and communication skills; interest in commercial and organisational processes.
