Retail Management Programme for School Leavers, Apprenticeship 2027

This three-year programme offers an alternative to university, leading to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree. It combines practical training in Takko stores with block classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover and prepares you to manage a store.

• Practical training: Work in Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Theory training: Learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular block classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: Prepare for staff leadership and personnel management so you can manage a store in the future.

• Education: A full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; university dropouts are also welcome
• Responsibility: Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
