High school graduate programme in retail management, apprenticeship 2027

Takko's three-year programme for high school graduates offers an alternative to university with a qualification equivalent in level to a bachelor's degree. It combines practical work in stores with classroom learning and prepares you to manage a store.

• Practical training: Work in Takko stores and learn all the key tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom learning: Learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular blocks of lessons at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: Prepare for staff leadership and personnel management so you can manage a store in the future.

• Education: A full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; applicants who have left university are also welcome.
• Responsibility: Enjoy taking responsibility and working independently.
• Willingness to learn: Motivation to learn new things and develop your skills.
• Teamwork: Enjoy working with people and fashion and be able to work in a team.
