What Takko Fashion offers

• Our three-year programme is an alternative to university and offers a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree, allowing you to build a career without attending university.
• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the till and taking stock.
• Classroom learning: learn from experienced colleagues and attend regular blocks of teaching at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: learn about leading staff and managing personnel so you can later run a store.
• Three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: retail sales specialist, retail management specialist and trainer qualification
• Welcome event: a nationwide induction event for all new apprentices
• Varied work: a range of tasks with responsibility during training
• Personal support: close guidance and help, including preparation for exams
• Good pay: good training pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and rent or travel allowances if you meet certain conditions
