• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, product knowledge, displaying goods, operating the checkout and taking stock.
• Classroom training: gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: prepare to lead staff and manage personnel so you can run a store later.
• Three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: retail management professional, advanced retail management specialist and trainer qualification
