About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn
- Conducting consulting and sales conversations
- Determining merchandise requirements and merchandise disposition
- Storage and control of goods
- Structure and design of the product range
- Presentation of goods and implementation of sales promotion measures
- Introduction to employee management
- Conducting personnel planning and creation of sales statistics, success controls and settlements to control and steer store performance
Requirements
- Good high school diploma or technical college entrance qualification
- Enthusiasm for food retail, ideally first practical experience
- Interest in business management contexts
- Customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Confident and self-assured demeanor
- Assertiveness, teamwork, and organizational talent
- High willingness to perform and ability to keep overview even in stressful situations
