Retail Management Programme for School Leavers, Apprenticeship 2027

A three year programme at Takko in Oldenburg, starting on 1 August 2027, for school leavers with university entrance qualifications. It offers an alternative to university with a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and prepares you for a retail career and future store management.

• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the checkout and taking stock.
• Classroom training: you learn the theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: you learn about leading staff and managing personnel so that you can manage a store in the future.

• School qualification: a full Fachhochschulreife or Abitur university entrance qualification; people who have left university without graduating are also welcome
• Responsibility: you enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: you are motivated to learn new things and develop your skills
• Team spirit: you enjoy interacting with people and working with fashion, and can work in a team
