What Takko Fashion offers

• Our three-year school leaver programme is an alternative to university and offers a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree, allowing you to build a career without studying at university.
• Practical training: you work in our Takko stores and learn all the key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Theoretical training: you gain extensive theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover.
• Store management: you learn about staff leadership and personnel management so that you can manage a store in the future.
• Three IHK qualifications: retail sales specialist, certified retail management specialist and trainer qualification
• Welcome event: a national introductory event for all new apprentices
• Varied work: a wide range of tasks with responsibility during your apprenticeship
• Personal support: close guidance and encouragement, plus help preparing for exams
• Good pay: good training pay, holiday and Christmas bonuses and, under certain conditions, help with rent or travel costs
• Holiday: six weeks of holiday per year
