Retail Business Specialist Programme for School Leavers, Apprenticeship 2027

Three year school leaver programme at Takko in Plattling, starting on 1 August 2027. This alternative to university leads to three Chamber of Commerce and Industry qualifications, including one at bachelor's degree level. Training combines work in Takko stores with blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.

• Practical training: work in Takko stores and learn all the key tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, till work and stocktaking.
• Classroom training: learn theory from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: learn about leading staff and managing people so you can run a store in the future.

• School qualifications: a full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; people who have left university without finishing are also welcome
• Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
• Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
• Team spirit: enjoy working with people and fashion, and be able to work in a team
