What Takko Fashion offers

• Our three year school leaver programme offers an alternative to university, with a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree and the chance to build a career without attending university.
• Practical training: Work in our Takko stores and learn all key tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, operating the checkout and stocktaking.
• Classroom training: Gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and regular blocks of lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: Learn about leading staff and managing people so you can run a store later.
• Three Chamber of Industry and Commerce qualifications: Retail sales specialist, certified retail management specialist and trainer qualification
• Welcome event: A nationwide introduction event for all new apprentices
