Our three-year Abiturienten programme is an alternative to university studies and offers you a qualification equivalent to a bachelor's degree, enabling a career without a degree. Practical training: You will work in our Takko stores and learn all key activities, including customer advice, product knowledge, merchandise presentation, checkout operation and inventory. Theoretical training: You learn extensive theoretical knowledge – from experienced colleagues and regularly in block lessons at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover. Store management: You are prepared for the topics of staff management and personnel management in order to manage a store later.

School leaving certificate: full technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or general university entrance qualification (Abitur) – university drop-outs are also welcome. Team spirit: enjoyment of contact with people and fashion and the ability to work in a team.

Three IHK qualifications: Retail Salesperson (m/f/d), Retail Management Specialist (m/f/d) and Trainer Aptitude. Welcome event: nationwide induction event for all new apprentices. Varied tasks: diverse and responsible duties during training. Personal support: intensive support and promotion as well as help with exam preparation.
