Testia GmbH - Quality Coordinator / Quality System Surveillance Coordinator

In this function, you ensure that all EN9100-related activities in the company are implemented and maintained in accordance with global and local Testia quality system requirements. You work in a transnational team environment and report to the Head of Quality Department in Germany. You ensure that all products and services consistently meet customer, quality, and regulatory standards through monitoring, effective corrective actions, and continuous improvement of the quality management system. Through collaboration with various departments and suppliers, this role promotes a supportive quality culture of a modern company in the aviation industry and provides essential guidance to maintain the highest standards of excellence and operational efficiency.

• Ensure that operational processes (development, implementation, support, procurement) comply with applicable regulations, QMS, standards and quality plans
• Participation in planning and execution of sample checks according to the operational plan for monitoring process compliance
• Ensure creation/revision/release of quality documentation
• Participation/execution of planned internal and external audits
• Optimization of internal and cross-company process flows (moderation)
• Participation in supplier qualification and monitoring
• Ensure and monitor recording, root cause analysis and complete processing of quality events including reports to HO Quality (CAPA, 8D)
• Participation in achieving targets within processes and customer satisfaction: recording, analysis and visualization of relevant process data for early error detection
• Ensure evaluation of improvement measures (internal/external)
• Ensure integrity of QM system is maintained when changes to QM system are planned and implemented
• Participation in maintaining integrity of accredited area according to ISO 17025
• Support for company certifications and interface management to external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, DAkkS)

• Completed education or degree
• Practical knowledge of ISO9001 and EN9100 standards as well as handling of deviations and risks (CAPA, 8D, FMECA,...)
• Experience and qualification in the area of internal audits
• At least 2 years of practical experience in a quality function
• Proficient Office/Google applications and ability to create structured reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Google Suite
• Negotiation-proficient German and English skills
• Persuasiveness (chains of argumentation)
• Communication skills at all levels of a company
• Empathy, communication ability and empathy
• Ability to accept criticism and handle conflicts
• Protection of company secrets / confidentiality
• Nice to have:
• Knowledge or experience in the field of non-destructive testing
• Programming skills in Appscript and handling of AI (Google Gemini, NotebookLM)
• Knowledge and experience in the aviation industry, NADCAP processes, EASA Part 145 requirements or for accredited testing laboratories according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025
