High School Graduate Program Certified Retail Business Administrator

Three degrees – your future in book retail. In our high school graduate program for certified retail business administrator (m/f/d), you will learn the book trade from the ground up and prepare step by step for your future as a manager. You advise customers, shape our bookstore, and take on responsibility early on.

Inspire customers: You advise our customers, give personal recommendations, and learn what makes outstanding advice. Take responsibility: You work independently on projects, contribute your ideas, and take on increasing tasks within the team. Gain first leadership experience: You assist with personnel deployment planning, accompany new team members and apprentices, and learn what successful team leadership entails. Shape a bookstore: You gain insights into assortment design, sales promotions, and the diverse processes behind the scenes. Develop into a leader: Through seminars, coaching, and practical experience, you build your professional and personal skills in a targeted manner.

You have a (technical) high school diploma with a practical component or are about to successfully complete it and have very good German language skills. You want to take on responsibility, make decisions, and develop step by step into a manager. You are interested in our assortment, enjoy interacting with people, and want to convince customers. You keep an overview, approach tasks independently, and contribute your ideas.

Three degrees in three years: retail merchant (m/f/d), certified retail business administrator (m/f/d), and trainer certificate. Fair remuneration: €1,260 in the first and €1,410 in the second year of your apprenticeship, and €2,525 gross during your subsequent further training as a certified retail business administrator (m/f/d).
