Sales Representative for IT Solutions & Managed Services

optimIT Medical Care GmbH is looking for a sales representative to win new customers and develop existing business relationships. The company supports small and medium-sized businesses, medical practices and healthcare facilities with managed services, IT security, IT infrastructure and tailored IT solutions.

• Customer acquisition and sales: Identify and win potential business customers in Leipzig and the surrounding area, assess their needs and present our managed IT, IT security, IT infrastructure and IT services clearly and persuasively.
• Quotations and contracts: Prepare and coordinate quotations, support negotiations and successfully close sales.
• Existing customer development: Identify additional needs, develop existing customer relationships and find opportunities for lasting cooperation.
• Networking: Maintain contacts, expand your network and use suitable events and partnerships to win customers.
• Sales management: Keep organised records of your activities and sales opportunities and track your goals and next steps.

• Sales experience, ideally in B2B sales
• Enjoyment of winning new customers, advising customers and building lasting business relationships
• A confident, professional manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain convincing solutions
• Interest in IT and willingness to learn about our range of services
• An independent, organised and goal-oriented approach to work
• Negotiation skills, initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Confidence using digital work tools and ideally experience with HubSpot
• Willingness to travel to support customers and a category B driving licence
• You do not need to be an IT expert. What matters is a sales mindset, the ability to inspire people and the motivation to understand our solutions and their value for customers.
