We are looking for apprentices as SoFa (Social Insurance Specialist General Health Insurance) (f/m/d) starting August 2027. After your completed apprenticeship as SoFa (f/m/d) you will be an expert in advising insured persons in the health insurance sector. On the way there you will get to know many exciting tasks and areas: What makes an individual and personal customer consultation? What is the task of a health insurance fund and what role does it play in the healthcare system? How do I examine and process the facts and concerns of the insured in connection with the Social Code? How do different healthcare facilities communicate with each other?

You enjoy supporting and advising people; You enjoy teamwork and inspire your environment through independence, organizational talent and service orientation; At the start of your apprenticeship you have a good (technical) high school diploma or an already completed commercial vocational training; You already know today that you prove perseverance in tricky topics; You look forward to a challenging and demanding apprenticeship; You are proficient in using digital media and common MS Office applications.
