About this Apprenticeship
Three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as an electronics technician for operations technology at thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG in Bochum, at the plant and in vocational school. As an electronics technician for operations technology, you make sure the plant systems run smoothly. After training you can continue to a Meister or Techniker qualification or study at university.

- Building, testing, commissioning, maintaining and optimizing electrical systems
- Installing, connecting and assessing the safety of electrical equipment
- Installing, configuring and programming IT systems and controls
- Correctly assessing the importance of safety, health protection and environmental protection
- Planning and organizing work and evaluating work results
