Building Technician / Caretaker Schloss Landsberg

• You are jointly responsible with a colleague for the operation of the official technical facilities of Schloss Landsberg (trades, maintenance, servicing, inspections)
• You independently carry out minor repairs, e.g., changing light bulbs
• You control the building management system (heating, etc.)
• You prepare external craftsmen assignments by defining specifications, commissioning and managing them, and monitoring service delivery and billing
• You assist in the preparation and execution of events (setup and teardown as well as media technical support)

• You have a completed craft apprenticeship
• You have several years of relevant experience as a caretaker or building technician (m/f/d) or in a comparable role
• You have experience in building services, heating technology, ventilation technology, and sanitary technology
• You work independently and are eager to take comprehensive care of the castle's custodial services in coordination with your colleague
• Knowledge of Office products and building control technology rounds off your profile
• You are willing to work in shift service (early/late) and participate in our on-call duty
