• Overall responsibility for the project in the area of Integrated Product Support (IPS) with focus on spare parts initial supply as well as structuring the project into work packages, timely planning and continuous coordination with project and line interfaces
• Technical implementation and coordination of assigned work packages according to PM guidelines and established TOM structure as well as active participation in the project team
• Ensuring the entire process from spare parts specification and procurement to handover to the customer, including process knowledge, interface management and process controlling in coordination with the sub-project manager (TPL_SER)
• Processing of customer and supplier inquiries, offers, requirements, scheduling orders, goods movements and handover documents
• Supporting the manager in developing and further developing strategic measures, independent development of implementation concepts for performance impulses as well as continuous execution and analysis of fit-gap analyses

• Completed university degree (Fachhochschule or Hochschule) and several years of professional experience in project management and process design and analysis
• Proven competence in project management tasks, particularly in the area of "spare parts initial supply processing" including interface competence, leadership experience, and application of problem-solving techniques
• Very good English skills in word and writing
• Confident handling of MS-Office, SAP (modules MM, SD, EWM) and other shipyard-specific IT systems
• Technical understanding as well as process-oriented, conceptual, and structured thinking and acting, high willingness to take responsibility and attention to detail, strong communication and team skills, and professional leadership ability
