Project Associate

TKMS ATLAS ELEKTRONIK is a company of the TKMS Group and has supported navies around the world for decades in making the seas safer. As a project associate, you support the project management in handling projects at a high-tech site in Wedel.

• Operational support of the project management in handling projects
• Planning, organizing, accompanying and following up on project meetings
• Maintaining and updating project reports and minutes, documentation, presentations and technical specifications
• Carrying out research including preparation, updating and documentation
• Taking on project-specific administrative tasks

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training with initial work experience, or comparable qualifications
• Independent and structured way of working, as well as flexibility and reliability
• Confident use of common MS Office applications and SAP
• Teamwork, strong communication skills and proactivity
• Care in preparing documents and records
• Good English skills, written and spoken
