• Creation of CNC programs using CAM system Siemens NX, based on imported volume models from CAD.
• Derivation and definition of milling and turning operations as well as independent generation of volume models in CAD software.
• Determination of machining strategies taking into account the required tools and the respective machining machines.
• Optimization of CNC programs in coordination with machine operator, including determination of workpiece positions, clamping setups, and reference points.
• Selection of suitable cutting tools for process optimization and execution of CNC program simulations.

• Completed apprenticeship as a machining mechanic, specializing in milling technology, plus at least three years of professional experience in creating CNC programs.
• Experience in CNC manufacturing and sound knowledge of CNC machine controls from Heidenhain and Siemens.
• High willingness to take responsibility, strong improvisation and organizational skills, as well as strong attention to detail and conceptual thinking ability.
• Confident handling of common IT systems and practical experience with CAM systems, preferably Siemens NX.
• Independent and flexible working style combined with strong team and communication skills.
