• Support of HR Business Partners in daily operational business during a restructuring.
• Preparation of labor law topics (e.g. data collection and preparation of hearings, review of guidelines, preparation and follow-up of labor law cases).
• Creation and maintenance of HR documentation, evaluations and presentations.
• Participation in organizational and administrative HR processes along the employee lifecycle.
• Creation of presentations, documents and decision templates for managers and committees.
• Support in communication with internal stakeholders (managers, employees, works council).
• Participation in HR projects with focus on process optimization and implementation of labor law requirements.

• Enrolled student (m/f/d), ideally in the fields of business administration with HR focus, business law, law, or comparable.
• Interest in labor law and HR contexts.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured and careful way of working.
• Ideally first professional experience and/or a commercial apprenticeship.
• Discretion, reliability and a high sense of responsibility.
• High communication skills and a professional, trustworthy appearance.
• Motivation to proactively familiarize yourself with complex issues and take responsibility.
• Very good German skills in word and writing.
