Apprenticeship: Abitur Graduate and Retail Management Program for Future Leaders, Garden Department

For the training start on 01.08.2027, we are looking for you as a future toomworker for an apprenticeship as a junior manager in the garden department of our toom hardware store.

• In the Abitur graduate and Handelsfachwirt program for future leaders, you are involved in our company from day one and get to know retail, toom and all processes up close from different perspectives in the garden department
• Within 18 months you earn your title as retail merchant (m/f/d), then in 22 months complete the further training as Handelsfachwirt and the trainer certificate (AdA)
• You go through the various specialist departments in the garden, acquire specific knowledge of our ranges and learn how to advise customers optimally and hold sales conversations
• You also accompany the garden's managers in their daily work and are perfectly prepared for entering as a junior manager
• About every 6 weeks you attend 5-day theory modules at our training provider in Neuwied and benefit from excellent learning conditions in small course groups

• General higher education entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife
• Sociable and enjoy dealing with customers
• Interest in retail and in our garden range
• A high level of communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team and later leading one yourself
• High commitment, resilience and a lot of talent for self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for the further training as Handelsfachwirt)
