Apprenticeship as Junior Manager: Abitur Graduate & Retail Business Specialist Program, Garden Department

For the training start on 01.08.2027, toom Baumarkt is looking for you as a future toomworker for an apprenticeship as a junior manager in the garden department. A whole team supports you.

• In the Abitur graduate & retail business specialist program for future managers, you are involved in our company from day one and get to know retail, toom and all processes in the garden department from different perspectives
• Within 18 months you earn your title as retail salesperson (m/f/d), and then complete the further training as retail business specialist and the trainer certificate (AdA) in 22 months
• You go through the various specialist departments in the garden, acquire specific expertise in our ranges and learn how to advise customers optimally and hold sales conversations
• You also accompany the garden managers in their daily work and are perfectly prepared for starting as a junior manager
• Approximately every 6 weeks you attend 5-day theory modules at our training provider in Neuwied and benefit from excellent learning conditions in small course groups

• General higher education entrance qualification or Fachhochschulreife
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of dealing with customers
• Interest in retail and in our garden range
• A high level of communication skills
• Enjoying working in a team and later leading one yourself
• High commitment, resilience and plenty of talent for self-organization
• Regional flexibility (for the further training as retail business specialist)
