What toom Baumarkt GmbH offers

• In the graduate and retail business manager program for future managers, you are involved in our company from day one and get to know retail, toom and all processes up close on the shop floor from different perspectives
• Within 18 months you already have your title as retail merchant (m/f/d), and then complete in 22 months the further training to become a retail business manager as well as the trainer certificate (AdA)
• You go through the different specialist departments in the store, gain specific knowledge of our product ranges and learn how to advise customers well and hold sales conversations
• You also accompany the store's managers in their daily work and are perfectly prepared for starting as a junior manager
• Approximately every 6 weeks you attend 5-day theory modules at our training provider in Neuwied and benefit from excellent learning conditions in small course groups
• Attractive pay - months 1-12: €1,300/month, months 13-18: €1,500/month, months 19-33: collective-agreement salary for sales specialist, plus extras such as a rent subsidy when moving for the further training, pension plan, discounts and benefits across the REWE Group
