About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at the toom DIY store in Friedberg starting on 1 August 2027. The sales assistant programme lasts two years, and the retail sales professional programme lasts three years. You learn customer service, product displays and store operations, with support from seminars and specialist training.
What You'll Learn
- You rotate through different departments and are the first point of contact for our customers
- You give advice, know the products and always have the right tools and materials ready
- You take responsibility for your own projects and contribute your ideas
- You keep developing through apprentice seminars and specialist training, helping you prepare well for your exams
- You learn about advising customers, displaying products, operating tills and daily store operations.
- You also deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility for your own projects and develop your sales skills.

- A friendly manner
- Openness and enjoyment of communicating with others
- A strong interest in our DIY store products
- At least a lower secondary school leaving certificate
