Apprenticeship Retail Salesperson / Sales Assistant - Home Improvement Store

For the training start on 01.08.2027, toom is looking for you as a future toomworker in its toom home improvement store. You can choose the 2-year training as a sales assistant or the 3-year training as a retail merchant, both in the home improvement department. Respect, mutual appreciation and support come first in the team.

• You go through different departments and are the first point of contact for our customers
• You give tips, know the goods and always have the right tools and materials ready
• You take responsibility in your own projects and contribute your ideas
• You also keep developing through our trainee seminars and specialist training, so you are very well prepared for your exam
• Sales assistant (2 years): You learn everything about customer advice, product presentation, checkout work and the daily running of the store.
• Retail merchant (3 years): You also deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility in your own projects and grow into a sales professional.
