Apprenticeship Retail Management Assistant / Salesperson - Garden Department

For the training start on 1 August 2027, we are looking for you as a future toomworker for our toom hardware store. With us, you come first and a whole team stands behind you: respect, mutual appreciation and support matter most to us. Training as a salesperson takes 2 years, training as a retail management assistant takes 3 years.

• You get to know the different departments of the garden centre, from houseplants and garden building materials to lawn mowers and grills
• You take responsibility in your own projects
• You also keep developing through apprentice seminars and specialist training and are thus very well prepared for your exam
• Salesperson: You learn everything about customer advice, product presentation, cashier tasks and the daily routine in the garden department.
• Retail management assistant: You deepen your knowledge of business topics, take responsibility in your own projects and develop into a sales professional.
