About this Apprenticeship
For the training start on 01.08.2027 we are looking for you as a future toomworker for our toom hardware store. With us you come first, and a whole team stands behind you. Respect, mutual appreciation and support matter most to us. The training takes place within store opening hours. Sales Assistant takes 2 years, Retail Clerk takes 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- You get to know the different areas of the garden centre, from houseplants and garden building materials to lawn mowers and grills
- You take responsibility in your own projects
- You keep developing through trainee seminars and specialist training
- Sales Assistant: customer advice, product presentation, till work and the daily routine in the garden department
- Retail Clerk: additionally deeper knowledge of business topics
Requirements
- Enjoy fulfilling our customers' wishes
- Friendly manner
- Openness and enjoyment of communication
- Great interest in the garden centre range
- At least a Hauptschulabschluss
