Sales Team Leader, Home Improvement Store

toom, part of the REWE Group, is looking for a sales team leader for its home improvement store (m/f/d) to independently run an area and lead the team.

• Independently running your area and handling customer inquiries
• Leading your team and acting as a role model for your employees, e.g. in development
• Making decisions, e.g. on complaints or other customer inquiries
• Monitoring your area's business figures, such as sales and write-offs, and implementing the resulting measures
• Ensuring product availability, inventory accuracy and processes together with the logistics team
• Implementing concepts (e.g. seasonal displays), services and internal and legal requirements (e.g. occupational safety)
• As part of store management, you represent the company internally and externally

• Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail or wholesale clerk (m/f/d), certified retail specialist, business graduate or comparable professional experience
• Experience in leading and developing employees
• Teamwork, strong communication, decisiveness and a desire to take responsibility
• Knowledge of analyzing figures, e.g. with a merchandise management system
• Experience in prioritizing daily business and quick comprehension
• Interest in the home improvement product range
