Checkout/Info Employee, Career Changers Welcome, Part-time

Part-time with 86 to 100 hours per month. We are part of the REWE Group. We run more than 300 stores nationwide and employ around 18,000 people.

• Friendly greeting, service and farewell of our customers
• Smooth, inventory-safe handling of checkout transactions and trustworthy handling of payment methods
• Implementing our services, e.g. equipment and van rental and processing online reservations
• Handling complaints, warranties and returns
• Answering customer inquiries and forwarding them to colleagues where needed
• Maintaining and attractively presenting the checkout area and restocking goods

• Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail/wholesale merchant (m/f/d), cashier or as a career changer from another industry
• Enjoy direct contact with customers, solution orientation and organizational skills
• A careful, structured and equally quick way of working
• Confident use of merchandise management systems
