• Friendly and competent advice as well as creation of merchandise orders for our customers
• Fulfilment of our service philosophy and orientation to customer wishes
• Responsibility for the attractive design and placement of garden products and promotional items in your sales area
• Carrying out price labelling and attaching signage
• Making decisions within your scope of action, e.g. in case of complaints, and contributing assortment ideas

• Experience in retail, e.g. as a retail management assistant (m/f/d), salesperson, customer advisor, or in skilled trades, e.g. as a gardener, nursery gardener, florist, landscape gardener, technician, or as a career changer from another industry
• Interest in our garden range and willingness to get stuck in
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, selling our products, plus communication skills and solution orientation
• Organizational ability, e.g. for independent prioritization and structuring of daily business
• Openness to using digital work tools and merchandise management systems
