Friendly and competent advice as well as creation of merchandise orders for our customers; Fulfilment of our service concept and orientation to customer wishes; Responsibility for placement of products and promotional items in your sales area; Execution of price labelling and attachment of signage; Making decisions within your scope of action, e.g. in case of complaints and contributing assortment ideas.

Experience in trade e.g. as retail/wholesale merchant (f/m/d), salesperson, customer advisor or in crafts, e.g. as foreman, roofer, carpenter, electrician, heating/sanitary installer or as career changer from another industry; knowledge in one of our DIY store assortments (e.g. windows, doors, fittings, pipes, rough drywall) or ideally experience as DIY enthusiast; enjoyment of direct customer contact, selling our products and communication strength and solution orientation; organisational skills, e.g. for independent prioritisation and structuring of daily business; openness to working with digital tools and merchandise management systems.
