Purchasing Clerk

To keep our MSR projects from stalling, we need someone who keeps track of material flow. Comparing quotes, ordering materials, monitoring delivery dates and ensuring our projects are supplied with the right materials at the right time – that's what this position is all about. As a purchasing clerk, you support our MSR department in day-to-day business and work closely with project management, department management and accounting. This is not a classic purchasing position with price negotiations or supplier acquisition. Instead, you take on a responsible commercial task with a lot of organization, personal responsibility and short coordination paths. This close collaboration also characterizes our company. Order materials and monitor delivery dates so that project teams can work reliably. Carefully maintain article and master data, creating the basis for smooth processes. Close cooperation with project management, department management and accounting so that information quickly reaches where it is needed. Identify supply bottlenecks or schedule shifts early and keep track even when several projects are being handled simultaneously. YOUR START WITH US: Your start with us is relaxed. Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office management clerk or comparable qualification. Professional experience in purchasing or a comparable commercial activity – ideally in a technical environment. Structured and independent working style as well as a good overview, even when several topics are running simultaneously. Very good MS Office skills and experience with ERP systems. Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.

Salary & Framework Conditions: Depending on experience and what you bring professionally, your annual salary with us is approx. 45,000 to 50,000 € gross in full-time. This is your base salary.
