During your apprenticeship you will get to know the different operational processes and departments at Transgourmet: Customer contact: You look after our commercial customers (e.g. catering, hotels, canteens) by phone and email. Offer professional: You create offers, calculate prices, find suitable products/alternatives and support merchandise disposition. Tour check: You coordinate delivery times with logistics/disposition so that delivery works. Logistics view: You understand warehouse and logistics processes (goods receipt, picking, shipping) and coordinate accordingly. Problem solver: You take care of inquiries, complaints, or short deliveries and find quick solutions. Numbers view: You work with turnover, contribution margin & co. and help develop customers and sales further.

Communication: You enjoy interacting with people, act solution-oriented, and remain friendly - even when it gets stressful. Organization: You keep track of many orders in parallel and work in a structured manner. Numerical understanding: for price/quantity calculations and simple key figures. IT affinity: no fear of merchandise management systems, digital processes, and perhaps already have knowledge of common Office applications. Negotiation: You dare to discuss conditions and find good solutions. Curiosity: You want to really get to know the assortment, customer groups, and processes (including warehouse/logistics).
