Warehouse Specialist

In the ongoing daily business, you monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventories, and record consumables for which you initiate internal reorders and clarify any discrepancies. When delivering material requests from departments, you report additional requirements and check identified surplus stocks for possible uses. For new or changed parts and materials, you develop and define suitable execution and organization criteria within prescribed systems. Using simple test methods such as counting, measuring, weighing, and comparing identity numbers, you inspect incoming parts and materials and discuss deviations with the responsible parties. Based on the production order, you prepare goods and pack them securely before creating pickup orders for logistics companies; you also organize and coordinate the inventory and perform inventory tasks such as identifying and counting according to the inventory list.
