• In our quality assurance, you create measuring programs for coordinate measuring machines and thus ensure the precise inspection of incoming parts at goods receipt
• From simple geometries to complex assemblies with extensive tolerance requirements, you develop tailored measuring strategies that reliably capture all relevant characteristics
• Through your systematic approach, you define reference systems, select suitable clamping concepts and probe configurations and ensure that parts can be fully inspected in an optimized clamping setup
• Using the programming software Calypso, you simulate your programs in advance and optimize measuring sequences before running them on the machine
• In close cooperation with the quality assurance team, you help ensure that all inspection processes run smoothly and the highest measuring accuracies are achieved

• A technical training, a further education to become a technician or a comparable qualification path forms your professional basis. Decisive are your practical skills and your metrological understanding
• You have sound knowledge in programming coordinate measuring machines, ideally with the Calypso software. Relevant experience with comparable measuring systems from other manufacturers is also welcome
• With your spatial imagination and analytical thinking, you penetrate complex component geometries and develop efficient measuring and clamping strategies
• You confidently apply experience in handling technical drawings and tolerance specifications according to common standards, even with extensive drawing sets with demanding specifications
