You then precisely assemble a large number of tiny components, often with the support of a microscope. In the cleanroom where all assembly takes place, cleanliness is top priority. Thorough cleaning work is therefore a fixed part of your daily work. Through targeted measurements of the assemblies, you ensure quality and check whether all results meet the requirements. Maintenance and servicing of work equipment are also in your hands.

• A completed craft or technical training is an advantage but not a must. What matters to us are your skills and your potential, which is why we explicitly welcome applications from career changers.
• Manual dexterity and pronounced fine motor skills characterize you, so that precise work with small components comes easily to you. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience working with a microscope.
• You are familiar with using a PC and encounter digital applications in your daily work without hesitation.
• With your independent and conscientious way of working, you take responsibility for your tasks. At the same time, you value teamwork and actively contribute to collaboration with your colleagues.
• Endurance and care are maintained even during demanding, concentration-intensive assembly steps.
