• By contributing to new questionnaire designs, you bring creative impulses into the conception of customer surveys
• In the further development of our internal communication strategy, you support the team with fresh ideas and an eye for target-group-appropriate address
• In internal requirements and stakeholder management, you take over coordination between departments and ensure structured information flow
• Through analysis and reporting of customer surveys, you derive well-founded insights and prepare them understandably for different target groups
• With your commitment, you contribute to the further development and implementation of our survey landscape for Customer Intelligence

• Your studies in business administration, data science/business analytics, customer intelligence or a comparable degree program form the professional basis for this position
• First practical experience in market research, data analysis or project work rounds off your profile
• With good MS Office skills and experience in using statistical software such as SPSS or R, you are well equipped
• Ideally, you also have experience with visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI
• Thanks to very good German and good English skills in word and writing as well as analytical and conceptual abilities, you master complex tasks with a structured, independent working style and a friendly, confident demeanor
