• In the daily operations of agile team development, you will support and take on smaller projects holistically
• In the role of Scrum Master, you will accompany teams and receive full support from the Agile Master Community
• You will provide impulses on how the organization can transparently present its performance in order to learn from it and continuously improve
• Through your participation in projects, you will actively contribute to achieving the development organization of tomorrow

• A degree in industrial engineering, STEM, human resources, business administration with a focus on human resource management/organizational development, or a comparable course of study forms your technical basis
• Good knowledge of MS Office and AI-supported tools
• In new tasks, you show a structured and independent way of working, analytical and conceptual skills, and a high degree of initiative
• Very good German and good English skills in word and writing round off your language profile
• Initial experience in organizational development is desirable, experience in the agile working world is an advantage
