About this Apprenticeship

What You'll Learn

Support in setting up sensors to characterize the laser beam of a laser cutting machine
Take on tasks in commissioning these sensors in close cooperation with the team
Build and measure electro-optical sensor components in the lab
Support software components for controlling the sensors and recording the measurement data
Evaluate measurement data, carry out measurements and write test reports

Requirements

Studying mechatronics, mechanical engineering, technical computer science or a comparable qualification
Ideally first practical experience in building and commissioning mechatronic systems or in software development
Confident with Matlab, Python and C/C++
Confident spoken and written communication in German or English
Structured, independent way of working, analytical and conceptual skills and conscientiousness
