• In this position you analyze and optimize existing payroll processes and thus contribute to more efficient procedures
• In the digitalization of HR and payroll workflows you actively participate and support the further development of digital solutions
• By maintaining master data in the SAP system you ensure a reliable data basis in the HR area
• Also the processing of change notifications and personnel measures belongs to your area of responsibility
• With the creation of evaluations and reports you provide important bases for decisions in the HR area

• Your studies in the field of business informatics, business administration, human resource management or a comparable degree program or a comparable qualification form the basis for this position
• Very good German and English skills in word and writing round off your profile
• High analytical skills as well as enjoyment in dealing with numbers characterize you
• A careful and structured way of working as well as a quick grasp also belong to your profile
• In your role you take on tasks independently and contribute with initiative to the daily cooperation in the team
